Definitions

• "TVNado", "we", "us", "our" — refers to TVNado and its operators.
• "Service" — the IPTV streaming platform, website, apps, M3U playlists, and Xtream Codes credentials provided by TVNado.
• "User", "you", "subscriber" — any individual or entity that accesses, uses, or subscribes to the Service.
• "Subscription" — a paid plan granting access to the Service for a defined period.
• "Content" — all live TV channels, VOD titles, series, and other media accessible through the Service.
• "Credentials" — your M3U URL, Xtream username, and password provided upon subscription.

Eligibility

To use TVNado, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws of your country.

By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Account & Subscription

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access the Service during the subscription period.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your credentials to any third party (unless on a Reseller plan).
• Each plan permits a defined number of simultaneous streams — exceeding this limit may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes (unless on a Reseller plan). Acceptable use includes:

• Streaming content for personal viewing on your own devices.
• Using a compatible IPTV player (Tivimate, IPTV Smarters, VLC, etc.).
• Connecting via VPN for privacy purposes (though we cannot guarantee performance).
• Reselling subscriptions only if you hold an active TVNado Reseller plan.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Reselling credentials or access without an authorized Reseller plan.
• Redistribution of content streams via re-broadcasting, screen sharing, or any public display.
• Circumventing technical limitations, stream limits, or access controls.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our servers or infrastructure.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download content.
• Misrepresenting your identity or creating fake accounts.
• Using the Service to violate any applicable law, including copyright law.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud — see our Refund Policy for proper dispute resolution.

Payment & Billing

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is due in full before service activation.
• TVNado accepts cryptocurrency, bank transfers, and other payment methods communicated via WhatsApp.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually reorder to continue service.
• Prices are subject to change; existing subscriptions are honored at the rate paid.
• All sales are final except where covered by our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

TVNado strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Service may be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible).
• Unscheduled outages due to infrastructure issues.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks).
• Changes to content licensing that result in channels or titles being removed.

Intellectual Property

All content accessible through TVNado is owned by or licensed to the respective content providers. TVNado does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

The TVNado brand, logo, website design, and proprietary technology are the intellectual property of TVNado and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

By using the Service, you agree not to record, capture, download, or redistribute any content accessed through TVNado.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TVNado does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any specific channel, title, or content will be available at all times.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVNado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall TVNado's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for your current subscription period.

Termination

By TVNado: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our service or other users. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via WhatsApp. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period unless covered by our Refund Policy.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your credentials will be deactivated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with TVNado support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before pursuing any court action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

TVNado reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via WhatsApp.
